madiaz Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 The New Products section displays some demo products. I can not delete them from my products list. I can not find them anywhere. Where are they located? How can I delete them. I need to delete all sample products that were loaded when the cart was installed. Below you will see the DVD's that are sample products that were part of the default install. I need to delete them. Any suggestions?
germ Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 Log in to your Admin side and delete them there. Remove each unwanted Product first, then remove any empty Categories. If you delete a Category without removing all the Products from it first, you may have "ghost" items in your catalog. :huh: If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
