However i have uploaded and when i get to the install page i keep getting the error message Access denied for user '*****'@'ragnell.blacknight.ie' (using password: YES) Please verify the connection parameters and try again. I have added the latest installatron password and user name that i was given. I have even added my server user name and password but it just willnot let me in. any help appreciated. thanks julie

Did you create a new one for the install?

First i downloaded latest os commerce to ddesktop. Then i extracted it and sent it to server via ftp. I then went to server and installed through installatron. is that any help? thanks julie

Still no luck it will not let me inthanks julie If you have access to phpmyadmin check that the database has the correct name and that the users have the correct name. You may have to delete the databases and follow the install instructions again.

I have changed all passwords etc...it recognises my server but willnot access it can anyone help? thanks julie
