janedoe07 Posted November 7, 2007 Posted November 7, 2007 Hi I have sent all my customers a 20% discount code (as I have done many times before) and the new code does not work. I have tested and changed everything and it should work and it does nothing. No error page/message just refreshes the page with no coupon or discount? I am losing lots of potential orders because of this and cannot figure out what to do. Can anyone advise me? Thanks
