Where to find a good osC jockey?

Ok, so the forum rules say no posts requesting paid services. So can someone recommend a good place to look for an experienced osCommerce programmer/maintainer with good references who can work around my customized code that I no longer have time to deal with? I've had a moderately bad experience with Rent-a-Coder and would prefer to go elsewhere.

 

Maybe if I can find someone with the right skill set they can actually clean up and contribute some of my own mods - I've got a pretty decent system for automatically printing packing slips with peel-out shipping labels, plus barcodes for quick access to orders.
