Attributes missing on order

Hi,

 

I hope that somebody can help me. I have installed the attribute options mod - http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...ttribute/page,2

 

which seems to work fine.

 

The problem that I am having is when I get to the checkout and thereafter the attributes that were entered are missing. On the orders where the attributes should be there is just a - ;

 

and nothing else.

 

I am sure the solution is going to be a simple one so if anybody can assist me please that would be fantastic.
