Anchored Link box dissapears

Hi All, i hope you can help.

 

I'm running a site, (Still work in progress, but online) www.getbrandeddirect.com , and when the user first logs on they should see a Blue Links section on the left towards the top of the page this should always be displayed in all pages as it links to Home, Contacts etc.. But for some reason it only shows when you first open the page, once you follow a link in dissapears, even after following a link, and then hitting back, it is no longer there. It always used to be there, but it has just started happening.

 

I have a test server and if i copy directly (ftp) from live site to the test site all files in the route folder the test site displays the BLue Links box on all pages as expected.

 

The live site is running on a hosted Nix box, you can see for yourself. If after linking to a product the box dissapears, i can get it back by closing the page, clearing browser cache and cookies, and then logging on again, but still the Blue Links box is there for one time only. I have tried both Mozilla, and IE, also i have tried from different IP address locations, with the same issue, from the Cpanel on my hosts site, there are no page errors that give anything away.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
