tyro Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 I'm running OS2.2 patched with the latest upgrade, and am in the process of moving our store to a dedicated server which is running PHP5 and MySql5+. The cart will not navigate from the index.php page when browsing products, categories, or manufacturers, and direct product links return the "products not found" message. I've been all over this forum and have found a bunch of different answers, none of which have worked, and there doesn't seem to be a consensus among them. Does anyone have a good thread for this? Thanks in advance!
germ Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 Some times the "products not found" error can be caused if you have "Use Search-Engine Safe URLs (still in development)" set to true in your admin. It should be false as it doesn't work. Without a link, that would be all I could offer... If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you. ♥Vger Posted November 6, 2007 Posted November 6, 2007 The upgrade only deals with the osCommerce core code. If you have contributions installed on your store then they will also have to be PHP 5 and MySQL 5 compliant. Vger
