brad11 Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 The only module i'm using is PWA, but i'm not even sure if that has anything to do with the problem? I rely on the automated emails sent from Paypal to tell me when someone has ordered something, so that i can process and ship the order. For some reason, on both the email I get from Paypal, and on the transaction details inside Paypal all the orders are not displaying the correct Item Title. All the orders display my store name instead of the Item Title? This means that i have no idea what product they ordered!! Does anyone have an idea of why this may be happening, and how I can fix it? As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Basically, customers are offered a choice to contiue with their purchase without logging in or setting up an account. I really don't think PWA is whats causing the problem since it shouldn't touch anything paypal related... I just wanted to mention I was using it in case I was wrong... Quote
