I'm planning on setting up the non-member checkout and the meta-tags contributions and a few other cosmetic changes but the site is live now. Please give me some feed back. Im kind of limited since the site is owned by someone else but any suggestions for improvment would be greatly appretiated. http://www.tasteofcajun.com

And I love dark backgrounds. that's just a matter of personal preference. I find that younger crowds like the dark backgrounds, but as you get older, they're harder on the eyes. Moving it from Catalog to root is pretty easy. You could use some bigger product images, so the popup view is actually expanded.
