Paypal ipn doesnt send data to paypal, just brings me back to my index

hi, ive got paypal ipn installed. And when i am checking out, clicking "confirm order" redirects me to my index rather then bring me to paypal.

 

Ive been searching the forums for so long but nobody seems to have that problem..usually its just a bad calculation or missing values, but in my case it just totally skips over paypal and brings me right back to my index.

 

i should mention the stock paypal module did bring me to paypal, its just the ipn that isnt.

 

in terms of mods ive got geo-g and a calling card mod.

 

Any ideas? Thanks!
