Group Sale in oscommerce

I need modification to oscommerce that will allow me to promote a product for a "group sale".

Group sale means the following:

I have 80 pieces of product X.

Product's X regular price is $45.

I'll offer 50 units of product X for $30 and promote it to a group sale,

which means the product will be sold for $30 only if a group of 30 customers will buy it(a customer can buy more then 1 item).

The sale is time limited, and a javascript counter showing how much days left for the sale.

On the product_info page it should display the remainig slots(products) + a button to make an offer in a table.

In addition it should display the name of the customers thet bought a products in a table.

When the last product is purchased(30/30) it will automatically add additional 10 units.

Its all should be controllable via the admin CP.

 

I can tell it's not as complicated as it may sound/won't take much modifications to accomplish.

 

Is there any contribution that do that?
