Weird Problem: ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ appearing on top of the page

Hi,

 

I have just reuploaded back my previous backup after I screwed up my website :-"

 

Now I have ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ

ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ?

?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ on the top of my website and at the content body.

 

My website is www.finis.com.sg, you may go there and take a look to get wat i mean. Dont know what is wrong, first time I have encounted such problem. May kind souls please help.
