I am using the contribution Visual Verify Code (VVC) security

and when I am trying to test if it works, the verification code image does not appears...any suggestions?

Do you have the GD Library installed?

 

Try entering anything in the code box and see if the email sends.

I have this problem and it doesn't send if I put anything in Code Box, also how do I find out if I have GD Library Installed

Hi

 

In your admin panel got to tools > server info on the left menu. About 1/3 way down is a section called GD. Mine all say enabled and the version says 2.0.28 (compatible)

I have the same problem and I found out i missed this part :

 

c. Place the following statement in your /catalog/includes/filenames.php

define('FILENAME_VISUAL_VERIFY_CODE_DISPLAY', 'vvc_display.php');
