6thSense Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 I installed OS Commerce for a bookstore. For some reason when I go to "catalog" to configure titles, it is not allowing me to add the product image. I shouldn't say it doesn't.....it allows me to attach the image, and it shows as saved below, but when I go to preview, or save it nothing shows. Is there a general setting or something I am doing wrong? I am hoping this is a simple fix because I have done this numerous times before. I have tried uploading several images various sizes, and nothing is showing.

When I saved them, I saved the jpeg in CMYK mode, versus RGB. It wouldn't recognize CMYK
