Installing a new template

I like to change the templates of my default OSCommerce installation.

 

But all the new templates I see in TemplateMonster requires me to install the store again.

 

They come with the backend files also. I don't want to do a fresh install.

 

Is there any way to replace the templates alone without having to do a fresh install ?

You could try STS contribution, or templates that are in the osc contributions section.
