[help]product price only show 1 digit

hello, i'm really stuck with the product price error.

when i enter a product price e.g Rp 12.000.000 - it will only show rp 1 ( look at picture)

but other price e.g rp 8.400.000 no problem

when i enter rp 5.600.000 it will show rp 6

 

FYI - in the admin it show the original price, like rp 12.000.000 >> still rp 12.000.000 not rp 1 like in the store.

 

i'm install the fresh catalog and still have that problems......

 

can someone help me ?

Have to checked the format of all your currencies.

 

It looks like it is finding the first decimal place (.) and rounding there.

i'm install the fresh oscommerce ( MS2 and RC1 ) but it's still have the same problems....

i haven't modify anything, so it's really fresh catalog

the price just can't show $12,000,000.00 at catalog side .... but shown at admin side and when i checked at database, it's still 12000000

out currency was about 1 : 9200 if convert to dollar, that's why i need so many zero :)

 

 

next, i try to put 13,000,000 to the other item and guess what .... it's all no problem. the price shown perfect at catalog side

this is the screen from catalog side with 2 items, each $12,000,000.00 and $13,000,000.00

i found the other error nominal too, it will change from :

$5,600,000.00 to $5,6

$7,600,000.00 to $7,6

and i think so much more ....

sometimes you are using a full stop, sometimes you are using a comma.

It does matter if you do not use what is specified for thousand seperator and decimal point in admin currencies for each currency.

So you are putting prices in as usd in admin, and they are displaying as usd in the shop and your default currency is usd??

yes, i haven't change anything.

you can try with a new fresh catalog and try to enter the price 1,200,000.

to ALL :

 

 

i'm installing the fresh RC1 catalog and please note i haven't change anything after i installed it.

then i'm going to admin and change the "Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer" price to $12,000,000.00 ( 12 million ) and guess what ? the price will change to only $1.20 at catalog side

 

i try again to change the price to $13,000,000.00 and nothing wrong at the catalog side.

 

really desperate, need some help .....

 

 

 

PS. i find out, it only happens at my localhost. i try it at my hosting and it running well....

don't know whats wrong with my localhost
