Chnage subject of customer email

When I change the status of an item to "shipped"...which I think is called "delivered" in stock OSC, my customers receive an email saying that the item hs been shipped.

 

I need to change the SUBJECT of this email. After downloading and searching every PHP language file I cannot find where this field is set.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Sounds like catalog\admin\includes\languages\english.

 

If you have a local copy of your site (part of your backup plan no doubt) then you could even use windows explorer to search for the words you want to replace in files.
