checkout_shipping.php problems

I have installed several shipping modules but it doesn´t appears in Checkout_Shipping.php

I have tried all things but it doens´t work and people can´t pay shipping taxes.

If you really tried all things, it would work. So there is something you haven't tried. To save time, please advise what you have tried, and what version osc you have.

I`m using version 2.2

 

This is all I´ve done:

 

Delete shipping modules and reinstall them.

Install several modules that I have installed in other oscommerces and work fine.

change chmod in shipping files.

 

I don´t know what it happens.

 

Please help me.
