Im a noob but correct me if im wrong, that if you go to your view tab in your browser while in their main page and select source, or view source ...(code that is) that it will give you the media in the middle as it is and you can can select the text of that that resemble the front page middle media and paste it to your page and edit it to say what you want!!! I dunno? but it doesnt seem lke they have much diff than a bit of content on the front page that carries images and some links....just find the section within ther source and paste it to your catalog page or whatever page that is!!!

here is there code from that page... like i said i dont know if this is the same when you take it and put it into the php page of your but it does give the layout...

As for you header u can wither name your banner oscommerce and replace the existing one or change the code...
