Shipping options suddenly not displaying

Hello,

 

When customers go through checkout they are given 3 options on the http://mysite/checkout_shipping.php page.

 

Local area delivery, Registered or Express post. The only option that shows is the local area delivery (based on post code) but if you are not in this postcode range no shipping options show :'(

 

One minute it was all working fine now all of a sudden the shipping does not display. Im using the Australian shipping mod (contribution) Can someone please take a look & hopefully tell me whats wrong with it & how to fix it.

I don't want to create an account.

 

What was the last thing you did before it stopped showing. You could try installing another method and see if that shows. My aust post is working, so it is not them.

Today a customer tried to make a purchase and they couldnt continue on pass the shipping. (They emailed me, so I rang them) as I signed in & made a purchase & it worked just fine. I logged in with the customers login details to see what was happening & I couldnt get pass that shipping (cause theres nothing there) as it said this is the only available bla bla bla but there were no shipping options to choose from so I changed there details thinking it may have something to do with there postcode. Thats when I realised only the local area method was working. I couldnt get pass that point so I signed up under another name & still the same problem. Now Im just going through the shipping methods that came with OSC & they show. So Im thinking it must be that Auz shipping mod, yet only an hour & 1/2 ago it was working & you have the same & yours is working so maybe something is interfering with it but not sure what as Ive not modified my site in awhile.

 

Have I confused you yet? If you sign up under coopco & just put testing for the rest I can delete you when your done if you want to have a look.

ARRRG! Stupid thing it wasnt before. I see it is now, maybe it was just having a tissy fit. Just trying to scare me. Maybe it just didnt like that customer. LOL

It was probably them. I use a zones table to cater for that.

 

Your xmas gifs should be https to stop the secure and non secure warning from coming up all the time.

Its not them (xmas gifs) it was doing that before I popped them up there. My zones are just the states, that customer was in NSW so shouldnt that have been ok for the shipping to show?

Mmmmm, well I can always get rid of those gifs your talking about. I dont know why it does that. (getting a bit too complicated for me) Im a bit clueless. My site should be http not https. Thats should only show during checkout, shouldnt it?

It was disconcerting after I logged to to keep having the secure insecure mesaage come up. The gifs on your site should not cause it. It might be that they are addressed with the full url.
