mgranger Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 How do you make the osc collect taxes based on the shipping address and not the billing address. For example, a customer has a billing address outside of my state and a delivery address inside my state. OSC is not collecting tax on that order when it should. If a customer has a billing address inside my state and a shipping address outside, OSC is collecting tax when it shouldn't. Any suggestions?
