update cart doest work in IE any more..

hi.

 

The update cart button on checkout_shipping.php no longer works in IE but works perfectl in firefox.It used to work perfectly in both before but today i been told by clients they can't use it and all of them are using IE.I tested it in IE 6 and 7 and it doesnt work but works fine in firefox.

 

I have made no code changes so not sure why it stopped working in ie.the other two buttton work fine in both browser.When the no update button is clicked in IE there are no error messages or blank pages , it is as if he button is not linked to any thing.In firefox it goes through.

 

any body knows what it cold be ??
