dmd Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Hi, Just wondering if anyone can tell me how I go about adding meta tags / descriptions / keywords to individual pages on my osCommerce site. Thanks
Jack_mcs Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 You need to install a meta tags contribution, of which there are many. I recommend the Header Tags Controller but you can read about several in this thread. Guest Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 In the contributions section, if you want to download, for example 'Header Tags'..... do you need dreamweaver or something similiar to upload it. I guess you can't do it automataically from the control panel can you?

I guess you can't do it automataically from the control panel can you? Any file editor with FTP would work. You dont have to spend a ton of money to get dreamweaver, there are many freeware items out there, or for about $40 bucks you can get something from http://www.blumentals.net/ which beats the fuck out of dreamweaver, IMHO. And if you mean file manager in the admin section of oscommerce as control panel, no you cant upload from there. Your best off deleting that file completely.
