Newbie question, howd they do this with an osx site?

Ok, I am new to oscommerce but I need to know how they did the logo on this site. Now, I am not talking about what tool they used. But how did they may the right hand side of the top logo adjust for the page width.

The blue part on the right automatically fills the page regardless of the size of the browser window.

Most likely they are using an image in a style or have an image in the <td> for it.

 

Peek at the source code and you should see the layout.

because the header background is the same color as the image background... the image isn't expanding... it stops at a certain point... the rest is blank space that is tha same color as the background of the image.
