jbastow Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 Hi all, I'm hoping for some feedback on my store, at www.lovehershop.com. It's an adult novelty shop, but a tasteful one (no blatant nudity). It still needs a bit of work before I start driving traffic to it, but I've got come concerns about the functionality. I've added a couple of contributions, and I can no longer remove or update items in my shopping cart. I've also found that I can't add certain items to the cart, but haven't figured out why. Any feedback on these or other bugs you've found please let me know. I'm also interested in hearing about what you think of the look & feel, and the usability, as I get closer to officially launching the site. Thanks all! Janna

Thanks for the tip, sk8aelf - you probably saved me a huge headache, btw, do you know what Paypal considers 'partial nudity'? I've got lingerie models, but little else featuring more skin (a couple of the product images). any more feedback about the site?
jbastow Posted October 30, 2007 Author Posted October 30, 2007 Okay, I managed to fix the first error (took off the products listed underneath the shopping cart), but now I can't figure out a way to add products to fill the spot under the cart (any ideas!?). Anyways, I'm glad it's functional, and I'd like to hear some feedback as I build the site together. I've got a few more things I'd like to clean up, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something glaringly obvious (besides a payment module, which is being installed soon!)
♥14steve14 Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Why is your whats new box showng twice. A lot of your product categories are empty. Nice to see a site that is not a standard oscommerce store REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
jbastow Posted November 4, 2007 Author Posted November 4, 2007 Why is your whats new box showng twice. A lot of your product categories are empty. Nice to see a site that is not a standard oscommerce store The what's new is going to disappear today - and I've been adding more and more products daily... I'm planning on having at least a page worth of each subcategory by the end of the week. I noticed that when I expand the Lingerie category, all of the subcategories show below, as I would hope. When I click Sex Toys, though, it jumps right to the items themselves. Can anyone see a reason for this? Thanks again for the feedback! I'm tweaking it more and more everyday, so keep checking in. :)
