When I do a test in checkout for an item that I entered, the shipping weight that USPS and UPS report is way off. I enter: Product A (Bumper Sticker) Product A Weight: 0.0125 (0.2 oz on a scale) In the Product Listing on the site it shows a weight of 0.1 ( I have entered a straight 0.02 on the weight field as well, this gives a result of 0.2 on the product listing) Though the result at check is the same for the most part. I add Product A to my shopping cart and proceed to checkout UPS and USPS now show the shipping weight at 3.01lbs Where is the 3lbs coming from? Again this is for both UPS and USPS. I am using USPS Methods 2.9.2. Thank you in advance.

Shows that more and more new people are using osCommerce? :) I was able to fix this issue by doing the following: Goto My Store > Shipping/Packaging > Change 'Package Tare Weight' to 0 Change 'Larger Packages - percentage increase' to 0 Also I use www.onlineconversion.com/weight_common.htm to convert my pounds to ounces to correctly enter product weight.
