Questions about Gift Voucher

I have installed this one: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,282 and have som questions.

1)

When a customer byes at gift voucher, then I have expected, that i coms in tge Gift voucher queu (Gavekorts kø in danish). Have I missed something under the installation, or is this a manuel process? If so, howe can I do that i Admin?

2)

I have tryed to insert it directli in the database.

It vorks, so I get the Gift in the Gift voucher queu on my test customer 1, and can submit it to my test customer 2. This test customer 2 got the mail, and kliks the link. Now test customer 2 get the ammount in the My Basket.

So far so good.

But, when my test customer 2 will use the Gift, there is no box under cpechout_paymant, where this test customer 2 kan write the code for the gift.

I have made all the changes in checkout_payment.php, and hav dubbelt checkted it. But have still that probleme.

Can you tell me, hwat the probleme is?
