markroberts Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 Probably 65 - 70% of my customers are seniors. I am constantly getting feedback that my ordering process is too complicated. Users just want to click on an order this button, fill in their name/address/etc., pay for it and go on. The whole create an account seems to be very intimidating to them. To the point that I am losing business over it. I have checked other comparable sites to my own and this is the way they do it and I am losing customers to them. Suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.

You may want to try the pwa contrib, but they have to enter their details each time they order.
