shawn.xu Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 Hi all, I'm totally new to oscommerce and was recently doing some work on osc rc2.1 thru which implementing plugins is a common task. Some plugins, I noticed, that created only for OSC MS according to the readme.txt file. Well, does that mean that those plugins can't be applied to osc RC versions? What's the difference between the two versions ? Anybody can give me a quick answer? Thanks a lot.
Jack_mcs Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 They state they are for MS2 since RC1 wasn't around when they were released, most likely. It doesn't necessairly mean they won't work. In most cases, they should work but they may require some adjustment. You should check in the support thread for whichever contributions are interested in to see if others have had problems.
