jeannius Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 HELP! I think my brain just melted! I've installed oscommerce and got it mostly in order, but am having trouble with my shipping options. I do jewelry work and want to make sure all parcels are insured, which is based on value.....I could set up flat rate box or flat rate envelope as a 'flat rate' choice, but then I can't get it to add on insurance based on value. ....So, I need to get the Flat rate Envelopes and box options for DOMESTIC to work under the USPS module and I cannot seem to get it to work or show up. I'm not sure if the code should be "Flat Rate Envelope" or "Flat RateEnv Sm" or what! I've tried several and while they don't give me errors, they don't show up as options either and it's making me nuts! Do I need to add it in somewhere else? as an html output? I basically want to give the options of Express, Flat rate sm. env, Flat rate Large env and flat rate box, not all the other stuff.....and I found an add on that will let me put insurance in on USPS lookups... I wasn't sure if the sm, lg or box was set up under containers rather than services...but it looks like it is set up as a service under International, but not domestic. I'm not really much in terms of programming..I muddle through and make changes as I can, but the overall coding is a bit beyond me at this time. So any help would be greatly appreciated! I have USPS Methods installed. Jeanne
