Cathi Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 All of a sudden, I get this error when I try to access my store: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /store/nfoscomm/catalog/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I don't know enough to determine where to start checking for the error. Is it my computer, my webhost, or something in the way the store is set up? Thanks for any help!!! Cathi
Nullachtfuffzehn Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 Either the chmod settings for the index.php or the /catalog/ folder are set wrong or you've added a .htaccess file with restrictions for that folder.
