Administrator with specific rights

I have a question regarding Users/Administrators in OSCommerce.

 

Is there a way to make an Admin with certain rights only? I want to make a user that would only be able to insert products in the shop. So he would only have acces to the Categories/Products section in the administration tool. In the Admin section I can only set username and password.

 

Does anyone know of any contribution that might do that? Or how I would go about making such a user? I have the feeling it's not quite a walk in the park but any help is appreciated.
