data10 Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 Wondering if anyone can offer advise as to what the right way to allow an Answering Service to: 1. Create a new customer account 2. Process an Order, all the way thru for payment and shipping... I have the 'Create an Order' mod installed and it works for creating an account, and creating an order - but I can't process the payment from there, so basically it only allows them to enter the order and store the credit card for me to retrieve it and run it manually. As well, my shipping module doesn't seem to pull up a value either (maybe its not configured correct, not sure). I have been doing some thinking about each operator having an account I create for them and letting them enter the orders from the Customer Side but I'm afraid if too many orders come thru the Shipping Addresses will change before I have a chance to print the orders. I am assuming the Address is pulled from the same place each time, so changing the Shipping Address several times before I get a chance to print the invoice and ship it may prove to be an issue and I may ship the product to the wrong address. Any advise is much appreciated. --data10
