Easy Populate HELP

I installed Easy Populate (working locally) and it seems to be functioning properly. I entered 1 product to download - as te instructions suggest. When I go to download it - the next screen says: 1065 - Query was empty [TEP STOP].

 

What does this mean and what am I doing wrong? How can I get the download needed to upload my products?
