Movinup Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 I just received an email that a user within my OsCommerce shopping cart wants to change his password. I went into the admin section and I could not find out how. So, I tried with my own password; I still could not find out how. I clicked on the "forgot my password" link and the system sent me a new password. Now that I have this new password, I cannot change it. Advice? Thank you so much.
germ Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 On the site I did, after you login there is a My Account link. One of the options there is "Change Password". Hopefully, yours works similarly. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you. Movinup Posted October 27, 2007 Author Posted October 27, 2007 On the main site, click on "visit our online store." Here's the main link: www.evangelismteam.com I'm "born again", so post away!!! o:)
germ Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 You need a link to here: https://www.evangelismteam.com/catalog/account.php That's where you can change things. Login to your site, then copy/paste that URL into your browser address window to see what I mean. ;) I used to be Webmaster for a Christian site.
