New Products Module: changing duration of "new"

Howdy folks,

 

A quick question for somebody.

 

I'm implementing a very simple shopping cart for a client; they will have under 20 items to sell. For simplicities sake, I'd like to show all item thumbnails on the main page. Currently, this is working fine: I'm using the "New Products" Module, which was included by default on oscommerce's index page. I've edited the MAX_DISPLAY_NEW_PRODUCTS setting in the database to increase it to 20. My only concern is that I want these items to show up indefinitely on the page, and presumably after a certain period of time, they'll cease to be "new". So where can I go to change the duration for what constitutes a "new" product? (I'll crank it up to 10 years or something...)

 

As a side question, would you tackle this any different? Is there a "show all products" module that I don't know about?
