Need troubleshot index.php slow performance issue

Hello all, from my index.php

 

If I load new_products module it will be very very slow loading products, when I delete the line I will become very fast

 

 

How can I troubleshot this?

Ok I deleted NEW_PRODUCTS module and installed Featured Products and still the same
