Hi

Does anyone know of any resources, documentation or books that are aimed at the store owner, not the developer? Particularly when it comes to things like customers, orders, pending orders, paypal, newsletters, banners, need I go on...

That's really good. Thanks for your reply and sorry if my posting wasn't clear. The reason I asked the question is that I was running someone through their store the other day. We made an online purchase and I wanted to show him the process that then happens once a customer has made a purchase and also the features in the admin area at his disposal, for instance, invoicing, newsletter etc. To be honest with you I don't set up that many oscommerce stores and I found myself a little bit wanting at times trying to explain things to him so it would also be useful for me as a reference point.
