Privacy.php error

Hello,

I installed a oscommerce template on my server and after installing i replaced the privacy.php file, which now dosen't open.

When i try to open it, an empty page comes up and the page title is http://www.mysite.com/privacy, Instead of the title i have modified in the Admin panel.

Blank Page == Syntax Error

Replace the content with one or two lines, if they show up run through the entire code to find where a missing ?> or a ' or anything else might be giving this problem.
