fatal error on admin message

I have uploaded my bought template (unedited ) on to my server

I thought i might then be able to start editing it on the admin page but when i access it i get this fatal error message

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in /home/****/domains/urbanegos-stores.com/public_html/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 31

 

can anyone help with this message as i have a fictional shop now on my home page!!!
