Help With Checkout

Hey everyone--I hope Im in the right section...I had 'messed' with the code a little while ago to remove any selection for a country choice....now that i am running some testing on my products and simulating an actual customer buying them..

 

.I am missing some information on the checkout-confirmation page...where you view all of your input information---cc, shipping address, products...basically i cant see the billing address OR the shipping address...the links are there to edit them, but there is no display of....for example...john doe, 99 10th ave, hollywood florida...etc....what php files should i look in to make this information appear??? Any help would be aweseom---thanks million!!
