Remove Breadcrumb

How do you remove breadcrumb from top of page?

by editing the header or application_top file.

Looked in both those places and cannot find the relevant coding. This is my includes/header.php file:-

Your in the wrong header. What you've shown is your admin. You want to be in the catalog(or root)/includes folder.

Thanks for that I have managed to remove it now. I do find it hard to understand which file to use when they all have the same name but are just in different folders with entirely different content. I have not found any rule of thumb as to which folders to look in and on the forum it seems people assume you know which folder they are referring to! I'm sorry but I don't know which.
