TimP Posted November 26, 2002 Posted November 26, 2002 :( I have uploaded OS 2.2 to my isp, he has setup all the dir and file permisions and when I run intall, my browser refreshes to the install screen, nothing happens. I have installed this countless times on a windows server with IIS and never had a problem. Please help anyone, as i need to get this working asap. Tim
greree Posted November 26, 2002 Posted November 26, 2002 I had a problem trying to install osCommerce on a Red Hat 8.0 server. I uploaded the catalog and admin directories with no problem, brought up install.php with no problem, filled it out, then clicked continue. It went to the next screen and then stopped. It gets as far as "Step 1: Datatabase Upgrade" and then freezes. Is this the problem?
