Please Help - Contact form malfunctioning

whenever someone tries to fill out the form on the contact us page i get the same error

 

Your E-Mail Address does not appear to be valid - please make any necessary corrections.

 

I know that the emails i am using are valid emails, I also found in another post to go into admin configuration email and to turn of the email validation and still nothing. i have also created the tld.txt file with the domain which should be valid.

Please help cause this is causing me to lose potential business.

Does anybody have any ideas

from your admin , click email Options,

you need to have this " Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS" to be set " false "
