After spending a few days looking on how to remove languages nothing was point me to the source. The source is in the language table. I remove deutsch and espanol language from my site by going to the MYSQL file and looked in LANGUAGE table and deleted the other languages from the table and looked at my forms all gone now. Hope this helps.
