pretty simple change, but dont know where to go

When I tested my site out and ordered something, at the very end it told me thank you your package will arrive in 3-5 buisness days, where do I go to change this text???

 

Also when I print out an invoice, the Oscommerce logo is in the top right hand corner, how do I change this to my logo??? THANK YOU

 

Couple other things, it gives the customer the opion of using 2 different credit card methods??? WHY????

 

Is there a module or something so that I can add so that I can refund my customer his or her money if need be, or even refund a partial amount? All I see is a cancel button, thanks

most text can be edited in the coresponding language file.

 

ie. for shipping.php that would be: includes/languages/english/shipping.php

 

If you use other languages than english, then just exchange english with the language you use in the example abow.

 

 

logos/images can be edited directly in the different files...in the case of the invoice that is..

 

admin/invoice.php

 

 

payment metodes are enabled/disabled in the store admin under: modules >> payment

 

Refunds is something which is dependant on your payment processor and usually not done directly in the oscommerce shop admin but in your payment processors admin panel.
