I'm bringing this up again because I still have not been able to figure out a solution. Please know that this problem seriously just appeared out of nowhere as I haven't made any code changes for months and this just started happening... No php version change, no mysql change, nothing. Obviously something changed, and the most likely culprit is an admin setting... so knowing that, here's the problem. Upon visiting my site, twohandsworldshop.com, a session is not started. There is no osCsid cookie set. When you visit a page with SSL/https, the cookie is set and the session is started. Thus, the cart will not work until a page is visited with SSL/https. Unlike the problems others have had similar to this, once the session is started everything works fine, I can go back to http just fine. I am using a full cert, https and http are on the same domain. Currently I've used htaccess to redirect all visits to https so customers can shop... but what the heck is going on here? Please share any thoughts...
