If you're not well versed at programming, it might be best to either learn it from a book at Barnes & Noble, or just hire someone or a company to do it. There really aren't many sites or tutorials out there that tell you how to do it unfortunately. At least none that I know of.

You can install on your pc for testing (Google wamp). Design, tou can design your shop by alering the look and feel of osc by installing contributions.
