Generate custom products from frontend

Hi people,

 

Do you know of a contrib or how to accomplish following problem.

 

A webstore that i working on which sells wine online, wishes that customers can select a specific wine-gift-box, containing 1, 2, 3 or 6 bottles of wine.

 

I have allready setup the page for the box-size pick and result list of possible bottles, but i'm stuck with the checkout process.

 

I imagine that i could generate a new product from the frontend, adding it to the shopping cart. So the customer can add other availeble "normal" products from the catalog to the cart.

It would also help me with another problem, which is that we have a dynamic gift-voucher page, that works second to the normal cart. Thus you cant add your voucher to the cart, but has to do a seperate creditcard payment ONLY for the voucher. If i in someway could add it to the cart, along with other products. IT WOULD BE VERY NICE!!
