caryne444 Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 Hi, I'm trying to install oscommerce but the install hangs on step 2 when I am supposed to enter database import info. Register_Globals is enabled. Any ideas on what the problem could be? much appreciated.

eshopmaker Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 me too! :) same problem.... hangs on step2... click "continue" reloads step2 page...... i suspect the problem may be permissions settings on /catalog/includes/configure.php and /catalog/admin/includes/configure.php..... they ship with 644 but i think need to be chmod 777 for install.... u can try this.... but i'm a newbie.... ;)
